28 Feb 2010 - Northorpe Hall is a beautiful 16th century building situated in its own grounds in a quiet corner of Mirfield.
They have a number of rooms available for hire and all profits from these room bookings are directly used by the trust to help provide services to support the emotional health and well being of children and young people in the area.
"This is the first full quarter that we have been open since work was completed in August 2009," said Northorpe Director Tom Taylor "and it is already proving very popular with local businesses and the public sector for meetings and community activities."
The Barn, their largest room, was recently refurbished to the highest standard, has a bright modern interior. It can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people for theatre style presentations. The room is bright modern and airy but still retains its original character and charm with exposed feature beams. There is a buffet and balcony area which is ideal as a breakout space or for enjoying their delicious home made food.
The Stables is a modern room that can accommodate 18 people for smaller meetings. This room can be booked for small individual meetings or it can be used as a breakout area for meetings in our barn.
They have a number of smaller rooms available for hire such as the Annexe, which is a bright colourful room, ideal for activity led meetings and training courses.
They provide a flexible, friendly and professional services that includes audio visual support, catering and free wi-fi. There is also ample free on-site parking.
