Guide to completing the application form

  • If you can’t complete all the sections, just fill in categories that apply to your business.

  • Please complete the form by 4pm on Friday 31 August 2012.

  87. Energy reduction
  88. Energy is one of the larger variable costs associated with running a business. The Carbon Trust estimate that heating and hot water account, on average, for 60% of a business’s energy costs, and most could save up to 30% by implementing simple low cost measures.

  90. Businesses that have not previously tried to save water can typically cut water and effluent bills by 20% for little or no cost.
