Bluetooth tourist guide

11 Dec 2009 - A Yorkshire mini guide for visitors is now available to download using Bluetooth technology when in the region via mobile phones.

The downloadable application offers visitors a wealth of information at their fingertips about the non-accommodation tourism products in the region.There are two ways to download the application; text Y 80988 or download via Bluetooth at certain locations around the region. Currently Bluetooth is installed at Leeds Bradford International Airport, P&O Ferries and Magna. The aim is to have it at all major transport locations in the region.
