Batley Memorial Gardens
A Fine example of formal planting in the very centre of Batley.
This beautifully kept green space, which is home to Batley War Memorial, can be found in the very centre of Batley.
It is a peaceful stopping point for lunchtime workers as well as visitors to the town.
2008 sees the gardens looking magnificent again, and a huge thanks goes to Kirklees Culture & Leisure Services for all their hard work.
