Mayman Lane Spring Bulb Planting
Colourful planting on the outskirts of the town centre.
Kirklees Culture and Leisure Services began a schedule of bulb planting in 2006 to enliven areas of the town and surrounding districts. The bulb planting they have carried out in Mayman Lane has resulted in a colourful show of crocus flowers this spring which delight motorists and passers by on this busy road into town.
