Pond Project
Kirklees Friends of the Environmnent plan to regenerate a pond area in Batley
Members of The Kirklees Friends of the Environment have identified a pond area in Batley at the junction of Alexandra Road and Rouse Mill Lane which is in need of renovation. They would like to dredge the pond and plant indigenous marsh flowers and plants around the edge to make it an attractive area for both people, birds and animals.
