A Breathing Place at The Mind Cafe

The Mind Café in Dewsbury has submitted a bid to the BBC Breathing Places scheme to gain funding to renovate the terrace attached to their premises.

This terrace, once finished, will be a haven for wildlife and birds (consultations are being held with RSPB). The terrace will also be a space where reading and poetry sessions take place (co-ordinated by the RAYS reading and you scheme) as well as being a lovely place to relax whilst having a coffee or lunch with friends.
